Naza Kia Malaysia launched the long awaited Kia Optima K5 today at a special event at their new flagship Kia Red Cube in Petaling Jaya, and Kia is confident of their new offering.
Under the hood is Kia Motors’ fuel-efficient Theta II 2.0-litre petrol engine which produces 165 ps and 198 Nm of torque and is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Among the premium features included are auto-levelling HID xenon headlamps, individual LED daytime running headlights, dual-zone auto air-conditioner, a plush leather interior, a panoramic sunroof, USB and Bluetooth connectivity, cruise control and 18-inch alloy wheels. There are no less than six airbags around the cabin and the Electronic Stability Program (ESP) will help the driver avoid accidents.
All-new Optima K5 has been launched at its first ever Kia Red Cube in Malaysia which is located in Petaling Jaya alongside the Federal Highway. The outlet, with a built-up size of 24,350 sq ft, will be the company's flagship showroom in the Klang Valley and will incorporate Kia Motors' new Global Space Identity.
